- we kindly ask you to leave all reading books inside the apartment - they are not be taken with you
- by proceeding with your booking, please be aware that there will be construction noise during your stay due to the following activities:
*scaffolding installation: scaffolding is mandatory for the roof work, as the roof is 65 meters from the balcony. This will be erected in advance.
*roof repairs: plumbers and builders will be on-site to carry out repairs, which will take two (2) working days
*scaffolding removal: the scaffolding will be taken down after the work is completed
by confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and understand that no compensation will be provided for any inconvenience caused by the construction noise
• booking extension policy: if you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in full before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
