Situated on a quiet residential semi-pedestrian street, the apartment has all amenities of a home as well as a 5 minutes walking distance to all of the major attractions (Picasso home/museum, Cathedral, Roman Theatre, Moorish Fortress, and more) and services (supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and more much), entirely within walking distance. Many complained of staying directly downtown due to high noise levels at night due to parties and discos. This area is quiet for a perfect night's rest.
