this spacious, light-filled, and smartly appointed home is 1,479 square feet over two floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people
• the upper level has 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two twin-sized bunk beds There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and a large, open-concept kitchen, living & dining area where floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular views of the lake on three sides. Off the kitchen is a deck with dining furniture and a grill. The living room has a TV with streaming live tv.
• on the lower level is a private main bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer There is a bonus kitchen area with a stove, sink and small refrigerator, plus a seating area with TV and games. Two sets of sliding glass doors on this level lead out to the 15 x 25 foot deck where there is another dining table and lounge chairs.

own or renting a boat? there are two large docks for your use from june to september Easily launch at the nearby Sebago Lake State Park (at the public boat launch, 7 minutes from The Treehouse), or do it downtown in the Naples Marina (8 minutes from The Treehouse). You can also rent boats or jet skis in the Naples Marina. The home sits on Sebago Cove, which is directly connected to Sebago Lake, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the cove or the vastness of the lake - your choice! *Be sure to check the clearance of Crockett Bridge, which connects Sebago Cove to Sebago Lake to ensure your boat can clear it.
