Summary: We had the best experience staying at this hotel—the service was truly outstanding! Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and happiness. Raj from the buffet was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Manoj, the chef, created delicious meals and even accommodated special requests with a smile. Cristin from the reception was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Rose at the restaurant provided impeccable service, always engaging with us and ensuring our dining experiences were flawless. What stood out the most was how each of them made personal connections with us, which made our stay all the more memorable.
