- there are 2 external ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door and 1 on the exterior side of the garage) There is no recording device in the interior of the house.

Guests are allowed to adjust the temperature during their stay. However, when the outside temperature rises into the triple digits (in Fahrenheit), the system will not cool the house to below 73 degrees, regardless of the setting. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a temperature between 74 and 78 degrees to prevent overtaxing the AC system. Please note that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours' notice.
- the fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we have also provided a Brita pitcher and ice trays. For guests traveling with a large party, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice for large groups.
- our house is situated in a quiet and safe residential area, making it unsuitable for parties or large gatherings We practice common quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.
