Summary: I'm a soldier who was staying here with my family while waiting to move into a house at Fort Sill. I'm usually pretty easy going and I try not to complain or cause trouble. However, during our stay we encountered several issues that were too much to ignore.First, the hot water heater went out while we were staying there. They had to have people come in while we were staying there and replace it. I had to take off the whole day and stay there while they did it.The showers did not drain properly, so the plumbers had to deal with that as well, however, they did that on a separate day from the water heater. The washing machine leaked.The dishwasher was not secured into the countertop and almost fell out.There is a transition where the carpet meets the concrete and the end of the carpet is coming up, and my son tripped over it and fell. This was not fixed during our stay.The towel rack in one bathroom was not secured, so that when I put a towel on it, the whole thing just fell off onto the floor and I had to put it back on and tighten it down with a knife.The trash can broke.There was no ice maker or trays to make ice until we asked for some.Also the cold and hot water lines in the shower in one bathroom were reversed so that when it's set to cold you get hot water and when it's set to hot you get cold water.The coating on the floor was peeling off and got all over the place.WiFi went out for extended periods.Looks decent enough, but the stay was not good.
