Built in 2011 according to the latest standard, it fulfills (almost) every wish: underfloor heating and triple glazing made the interior work possible up to the roof. You will immediately feel comfortable in the airy and bright rooms. The living area and kitchen are integrated and have floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. The lake view is phenomenal. Two bathrooms and the sauna are just as standard as a washing machine (with integrated dryer), dishwasher, shoe dryer, TV with preset German programs etc.
