This comfortable & quiet apartment is located in a stone building in a very family oriented area. The district is close to Montparnasse, not far from the Luxembourg garden and saint Germain (2 subway stations).

this 65m² apartment is set up for 2 couples or a family of 4 It is on the third floor (no elevator) of a stone building and is very calm as it gives on 2 private courtyards.
the apt entrance door gives on a corridor with the kitchen and dining area on the left The living room and the bedroom are located on the right. All areas are covered with a nice wooden floored except the ceramic tiled kitchen and bathroom. There are windows on both sides, the apt is very bright.
• living room offers a lounge area and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs It bathes in natural light and has a fire place (not for use). For the night the living room can be converted into a second bedroom. The sofa opens up into a comfortable bed for two. As seen in the photos, the door of the living room can be closed, thus providing complete privacy.
