Three-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment completely renovated since February 2019, located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just 10 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the main attractions of the city.It has air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this apartment breathe a modern and warm style.The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and WC.The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.The photographs shown of this apartment are a selection from various apartments in the same building.
