Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The room was cute but not much else the staff was hardly at the desk so issues with the room weren’t solved in timely manors
Negative: I didn’t like that they told me to cancel and rebook and when I did they said I owe them a fee like it wasn’t them who made me cancel then there were dirty towels the shower wasn’t cleaned or the sink mostly the room looked like someone was just in it before we got here and it didn’t even get cleaned or something and if they did clean it, it wasn’t cleaned properly
Summary: Would not stay here again due to all the issues and extra money I have to spend due to their mistake
