this condo is on the third floor of a historical downtown building that has been renovated to have 5 private condos, office spaces, and a private social club on the first floor
this condo (1 of 5) has two king bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, high ceilings, and open kitchen and living room floor plan, views of the opera house and rupp arena Windows galore provide natural light and the feelings of being in a big city! Fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay, other than free groceries, this place will not fall short.

we do not recommend more than 4 adults staying in the unit, as we would prefer no one sleeps on the couch, however, there is enough floor space for a pack n play and blow-up mattress/cot if space is needed for a small family

please note that the first floor is still under construction and should be completed mid-december Construction hours are 7 am to 3 pm, and not heard from the third floor.
