Positive: The location was perfect. Could not have been better. It is right near the main square, and only a few minutes from the start of several of the key walks in the area. (It is not near the railway station, so you would have a 15 minutes walk if coming in by train.) The apartment is very nice, quiet and pleasant, with access to an outdoor sitting area, which was lovely in the hot weather. The kitchen is fairly basic, e.g. there is only a microwave, no cooktop or other oven. (The microwave might also be a convection oven, but without an instruction manual, we could only use the obvious microwave function.) So, it was fine for heating up pre-cooked food, but not for cooking from scratch. The supermarket nearby sells good pre-prepared food, which are worth buying. The hosts are very nice, and were very helpful. The apartment was reasonably quiet too, in spite of being close the the main square.

Negative: A cooktop would have been nice. We didn't realise that we wouldn't be able to cook from scratch. The listing might have made it clear that there was only a microwave, but if it did, we didn't register this. So, this could be on us. The lights at the apartment entrances went on and off all night, which disturbed our sleep sometimes, given that the blind on the bedroom window did not block the external light very much.
