the 1140 square foot living space was built in 1963 in one of sarasota's most convenient neighborhoods, gulf gate The master bedroom features a queen size bed, dual night stands, dresser and Smart TV. The second bedroom offers one twin and one full bed. A shared bath features a frolicking beach theme with a tub/shower combo. The second bathroom offers a stall shower and new washer and dryer. A new dishwasher, coffee maker, waffle maker and stainless kettle round out the well appointed kitchen.
