Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful vacation house located in the heart of Sylvan Beach! 5 Bedrooms total, sleeps 10. Downstairs has a full sized kitchen with breakfast bar, small dining area, and full living room, along with 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. First floor laundry, too! The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms- one with a queen bed and a lake view, and the other with twin bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom upstairs as well, a large living room with futon and seating area for 8, and a dry bar. The ceilings are 9' so it is so bright and open- and there is a sliding door to the balcony- with a lake view- this place really is a gem on the lake.
*property is located 200 feet from sandy beach access walkway, access is across the street, it's a one minute walk away, and the entire beach in front of the property is public
