the home has vaulted ceilings over the great room / kitchen The north side is all large windows yielding views of Mt. Adams and the Columbia River from any location in the living / dining area. The master bedroom / loft is vaulted and spacious feeling, as well.

located in a quiet neighborhood and separated from the noise, traffic and congestion of downtown, we are a short, safe walk to two of the best breweries in the northwest, if not the world! the grocery, liquor store and pharmacy are ¼ mile to the west
*the main floor (great room / kitchen, 2nd bedroom and main bath) are at the same grade (plus three steps) as the driveway / parking area
*this is the upper two floors of a 3-story house (1st floor is a separate living space)
*a maximum of 6 guests is allowed, but there are beds for only 4
