at the moment there are numerous blackouts in cities (paris, madrid, barcelona, rome, florence, etc) probably due to the excessive use of air conditioning.
in various parts of rome, among which the celio district, this problem has affected many buildings with continuous power outages
luckily, in the building where the penthouse is (36, via annia) there have been only power outages planned on july 4, 7 and 8 by the company that manages electricity infrastructures in rome, ie. Areti (https://www.areti.it/) to check the electricity system.
at the moment no more planned power outages are foreseen, but we cannot exclude other possible blackouts, as they are possible in rome like in other cities

at the moment a portion of the view in front of the 6th floor terrace is disturbed by works in progress (eg. cranes) for the construction of the Line-C subway, that can produce noise. Up to now no guest has had any problem because of these works.
this aspect is certainly minor, but it is always important to be informed in advance.
