Positive: Samantha, the host, is truly wonderful—attentive, responsive, and always ready to help. Her proximity to the apartment is a great advantage if you need anything during your stay. Additionally, the property’s location is excellent and incredibly convenient, making it a great choice for visitors.
Negative: The property needs some attention to details and maintenance. Unfortunately due to a rain the AC was not working properly and the jacuzzi didn’t work at all. For the price paid I expect more. Be aware that the apartment has no oven, kitchen rubbish bin and the BBQ accessories need an upgrade. The blankets and towels are very bad quality, bring your own. All the kitchen tools are a bit old and the pans and pots were a bit oily. Overall the apartment needs more care and attention for the price charged. I understand the price is based on location and views. However, we as family expected more from the place. Small details makes all the difference. The balcony also needs some attention since is the selling point of the property.
Summary: A beautiful location with great potential, but the property needs better maintenance to match its price point.
