check-in is at 4 pm or after by smartlock, and check-out is at 11 amGuest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.

no glass in or near the hot tub
no jumping, diving, or pets in the hot tub
limit time to 15 minutes; take breaks to avoid overheating
consult a physician before use if pregnant, elderly, or with medical conditions
no children under 12 years old should use the hot tub Children must be supervised at all times.
no excessive noise or loud music
maximum occupancy is limited to the allowed number of guests (12)
in case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager

the guest and all persons listed under them on this agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the owners, property management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons
except as stated herein, the guests are renting the premises in its as-is condition upon check-in date and agree to take good care of said premises This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent.
