guests are welcome to park in the 2-car garage during their stay using keypad access There is limited parking in front of the house, but the property can accommodate up to 6 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway, and 2 on the street.)
the house is situated on a busy street that leads you right into the heart of old town scottsdale There is some street noise that is slightly audible from inside the house. The bedrooms are all on the back of the house though so street noise is extremely minimal from the bedrooms, and white noise machines are provided for guests to wash out any noises..
there is a guest handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner.

*pool heat* the pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this pool. The heat fee would be charged separately after your booking is secured. Must be requested & paid for at least 2 days in advance of your arrival.
