Tropical Sanctuary has everything you need.... It has beautiful landscaping in a very quiet, low key, no traffic subdivision. The OWNERS, who do pay attention to detail and all of their own bookings. You will be contacting the owners directly with your questions and/or requests for a quote. Please note, do not instantly book if you plan to request permission to bring pets. Please reach out with your inquiry to bring you pets. You will be provided with the highest level of luxury customer service, which will address all your needs. You will love our 6 bedroom private 2-story ranch, with all the quiet upgraded comforts of home. Our management Company handles all the day to day issues, but your inquiries and communication regarding booking questions go directly to the owners of the property and not even a third party company. We take pride in good communication with our guests to offer a smooth transition during the booking process. Luxuries of an exceptionally rated vacation resort/hotel: You are treated as our only VIP guest. There will be no keys... No waiting in line to check in, no waiting for luggage, and most importantly, no crowds.
this property is the 2nd property (our other fl property has a 47 star guest rating, is a VRBO Premier Partner: See Picture and rents over 200 days a year) we own and it is fairly new. It was purchased just before Covid hit, which is why there not as many reviews. However, we hope to change all of that in 2021. we expect and intend the same results with this new home, and have copied and pasted a recent review below from a different rental site to show how incredibly brilliant this property truly is:

we can't say enough about how nice this beautiful home is My husband and I traveled with four of our adult children (18-28) from Michigan and they all loved having their own room and their own bath. The home is in immaculate condition with all the amenities we needed (kitchen accessories, bath accessories, hair dryer, towels, washer & dryer, etc.) The master suite and master bath was amazing! We enjoyed the spacious Living Room for entertaining, the large kitchen and eating area, the kids loved the game room in the garage (pool and ping pong table, darts) They even had extra board games for us to play. It was so fun and absolutely perfect! The pool was spectacular, very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at Disney and our other busy activities. We loved the location which was just minutes from Orlando and close to shopping and restaurants. When I heard my children say, "This was the best week of our lives"... my heart melt!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and making our Vacation Dream Come True! We will absolutely visit again next year :-).

tropical sanctuary is a spacious 2600 sq/ft. fully furnished home with everything you need, including utensils, pots and pans, that sleeps 14. We are only minutes from Disney and other parks, with a private southwest facing pool and spa. The property sits on a large lot with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Open Floor Plan with tiled entry through the main floor. Formal living / dining vaulted ceiling flowing into a family room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The equipped kitchen offers essential daily appliances, such as a Kurig, food processor, toaster and blender, with plenty of cabinet space (with under cabinet lighting)breakfast bar and open views of the family room and pool deck. The downstairs sleeps 6 and Upstairs sleeps 6. The downstairs master with lovely new high-end mattress displays 2 walk-in closets and large en-suite. Bath with dual sinks, garden tub, separate shower, with access to the pool deck. Downstairs accommodations also include a princess/fairy Bedrm w/full Bath and Queen bedroom with new high-end mattress at the front of the home, for added privacy. From the Living rm the spindle staircase leads upstairs to the loft area. To the rear of the home is a second master with another high-end mattress (with en-suite bathroom). Bedrooms 4 and 5, have one queen, with new mattress and two single beds, which share a "Jack n Jill" bathroom. With all new mattresses, you will be sure to get a good night’s sleep. There are four full baths throughout the entire property. The garage is configured as a fully equipped game room. The heated pool, spa and covered lanai offers al-fresco dining and a relaxing space for the family. A full size washer and dryer are also on premises. Fresh linens/towels are also provided.

Only minutes from I-4 and other local freeways provides access to all that Central Florida has to offer.
we are also located near a nature preserve, so there is no shortage of exotic birds and neat animals that may wonder about for your viewing and listening enjoyment
