You can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace with the flip of a switch in the cooler months, or capture the summer breeze off the water in the warmer months. Fishing, both winter and summer, is a popular sport, with access to five lakes right out your door. A boat launch is on your way to the property, just a short way down the street. Two kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for you to use, and 4 life vests are provided. Basic summer fishing equipment is also available, along with yard games and a couple of bicycles.
