Enjoy a classic Maine lakefront cottage with beautiful sandy beach, screened porch, and 300' of waterfront. You'll enjoy loons on Upper Range Pond (a medium-sized lake), jumping off our private dock, swimming in beautiful clear water and using our 2 kayaks and canoe. Have dinner on the screened-in porch while watching gorgeous sunsets or make s'mores in the fire pit on the beach. Wonderfully quiet, private location only 40 minutes from Portland.

-- in addition to three bedrooms, there is a private loft with queen bed that's accessed through one of the bunk bedrooms It's suitable for agile people because one needs to climb a sturdy ladder to get up to it. There is also a roll-away bed (for a child) available upon request.

-- mid june-labor day: we rent saturday to saturday, check in 3pm (lockbox), check out 10am
-- we supply 4 gallons of drinking water via a water cooler with additional water available nearby The tap water is fine to bathe with, cook with (boiled) and wash dishes with. It comes from a dug well next to the cottage, but to be extra safe we ask guests not to drink water from the faucets.
-- we have two kayaks and a two person canoe Swim/use watercraft at your own risk and please wear a life jacket on kayaks/canoe. Life jackets available for kids and adults.
