note: for week long stays or longer, we can set up a desk and chair in this room to be used as a home office Please advise if this is something you require.

parking: 2 spots are available in the driveway You can also park 1 car on the street directly in front of the master bedroom.

backyard: fully enclosed and pet friendly The guests must make sure the latch on the gate to the backyard is secured to ensure that pets will not get out.
pets: pets are allowed at this property saving you plenty on accommodation for your furry friends! please bring your own food, pet beds or enclosures Please pick up all leavings after your pets. We ask that pets are not allowed on the couch or beds.
heating & cooling: the property has central heating and cooling operated from a single interface Instructions have been left for its operation.
