if pets are permitted, their rules must be followed Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
《 no parties》
there is a $100000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 no unregistered guests》
all guests must be registered for liability purposes
➤a surcharge of $35000 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 security camera 》
under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit if installed This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.

check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 garbage 》
garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the outside your door Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities.

please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out
《 lights 》
please turn off lights when not in use Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit
