on the ground floor, you will find a 70m² reception area including a living room with its fireplace, 3 sofas and a 65" 4k oled tv with cable tv & apple tv; a dining room with a large wooden table for 12/14 people and a play zone with table football and darts
the large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, all needed kitchenware to prepare good meals, a dishwasher and a large american fridge/freezer A back-kitchen is adjoining with a washing machine, a dryer, a fryer and a blender.
