bathroom: full bathroom (tub/shower), linens, body wash, shampoo/conditioner provided We offer an eco-friendly unit with a 38 gallon electric hot water tank, which is easily sufficient for two normal showers. The electric tank will then require approx 2 hrs to reheat. Water conservation is required for more water usage.

we are an active and busy family of 4 living on the property and the cozy cottage an extension of our home We have many projects going on and around our 25+ acres and we will be in and out. Your privacy is of upmost importance, aside from the occasional running into each other as we do work on the property.
