- security deposit: €5,000 chargeable by bank transfer two weeks before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection
- check-in: from 5pm to midnight on saturdays
- check-out: from 7am to 10am on saturdays
- end-of-stay cleaning and energy/heating costs are included in the rental price
- bed linen, towels and pool towels are also included
- smoking is not allowed
- the pool is open all year, although cooler months may not be suitable for swimming
- french visitors tax payable locally (around €1 to €5 per adult per night)
