the tiny house is 98 sq ft with a micro-dining table for two, a two-burner propane stove, keurig and fridge for your use There is a window a/c and radiant heater to make sure you're comfortable no matter the outside temps.

*note : this property does not have wifi Smoking is not allowed in or around the tiny house. The designated smoking area is located at the gravel road nearby the parking. Due to the proximity to water this rental is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

this property is part of our private residence but we aren’t as close as you think! you'll enjoy the tiny home downhill from our main home with land to roam, including the areas surrounding the pond
there is a shared modern bathroom and wood-fired sauna at the top of the hill This bathroom has hot water, shower, sink, and flushing toilet. You are also free to use the outhouse near the tiny house.

please note the modern bathroom is located approximately 125 feet uphill from the tiny house There is a free-standing outhouse which contains a composting toilet closer that you're welcome to use..
