this is a ~1000 square foot townhouse is in a charming historic duplex - there is one adjacent townhouse next door Since there is one shared wall, we prefer to host guests who don't plan on creating too much noise. The same goes for the neighbors - we expect them to be respectful, so please let us know if noise is ever an issue for you.
