the studio is detached from main house, facing to a quiet backyard, you could enjoy a fresh lemon/ peppermint drink in the morning if you prefer It’s very clean and cozy, perfect for one to three person stay. Watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and other apps on a large TV via Roku. It will be one queen size bed in the studio as default.
for long stay, weekly cleaning could be arranged on guest’s cost

guest uses the private gate ( right side of the main house) as entrance, on the check in day pls let me know when you will be arriving, and please check yourself in via the lockbox on the studio door

tv features: roku allows you access to your favorite apps ( youtube, prime, netflix etc) No smoking, no pet please. If smoking (including e-cigarettes or any type of vaping) there will be 200 charge. Please appreciate the quietness of the elegant neighborhood. No infant or children under 6 yr old please.
