Summary: The host is super awesome and accommodating. Unfortunately, the house looks better in the pictures than it does in person. It would have been fine except that when we woke the first morning my daughter's bag and clothes were soaked from sitting on the floor in the guest room. Upon investigation we discovered that there was water coming up from underneath he floor boards, and the source of the water was from a leak in the water heater closet. When we opened the closet, we found the leak as well as black mold. So we had to leave the property as my whole family is very sensitive to mold. The owner was responsive to this issue and got someone out to fix the leak and replace the water heater immediately. For us, the damage was already done and we had to find other accommodations. Hopefully they were able to remediate the issue so that the next guests don't have the same experience.
