First floor has a ensuite with a King sized bed and full bath and a powder room off the main living area. 2nd floor has 4 more ensuites with 1 Queen bed and full bath, 1 Queen bed and 3/4 bath, 1 King and a 3/4 bath and 2 twins and a full bath. Parking for 2 cars off street and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for your use during your stay.
