Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious home. The kitchen is very well equipped and well planned. Downstairs feels light and spacious. Upstairs bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. A fan per bedroom would help with the hot nights. Enough bathrooms, showers and toilets for everyone! The garden is a nice size and easily accommodates a family of 5, getting the sun into the evening. The pool isn't deep but lovely nevertheless for a cooling dip. The electric gates gives an extra sense of security although the neighbourhood was quiet, except for the evening sounds of boules games nearby. Although Boisseron is quite characterless, the area generally is very interesting, with lots of ancient villages to explore and plenty of wine production. Sommieres, of course, is a great source of interest and restaurants. It would have helped us if there was a guest book where previous visitors could record their recommendations for local activities and restaurants as well as up to date tourist information leaflets. We luckily stumbled on some events but missed others that we would have liked to attend. Other than those negative comments, our experience has been really positive: Eric was good to keep in touch through out the booking process, and Clement, his son, was a perfect host. Merci beaucoup.
