2 replacement fees:
a detailed list of replacement fees will be provided in the event of lost or damaged items
fees will be charged at the actual replacement cost, including any shipping or handling fees
if an item is discontinued or no longer available, a similar replacement item will be chosen, and any price difference will be added to the replacement fee
3 damaged items:
please refrain from washing towels with colored clothing to prevent staining
any items that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to a replacement fee, which will include repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary
minor damage (eg small stains or scratches) may incur a partial replacement fee, at the host's discretion.
4 key replacement:
lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee to cover the cost of rekeying and/or new fobs

5 final notice:
