A perfect place for children to play and adults to relax, away from the daily routine, offering guests an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The villa is spread over two floors: the ground floor houses the living area consisting of a spacious living room with sofa and TV, dining room, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob and an antique-style worktop. Two French doors allow direct access to the outside giving a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden and giving the living room a wonderful natural light. The terracotta flooring and exposed beams harmoniously match the warm shades of the walls; each room of the villa is characterized by a different shade capable of giving a sense of welcome and intimacy.
