Located within the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a living cultural landscape, it's at the gateway to the Sologne region and the Loire Valley châteaux. The "Loire à Vélo" trail passes 3 km from the village. It's 1.5 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Orléans, CO'Met, and the Zénith. Shops and restaurants are 3 km away. The 110 m² cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is completely independent. It features an enclosed courtyard that can be used for parking and a lovely wooded garden with a terrace for dining.
