This original Craftsman cottage on the corner of Balboa and 30th Street was built in 1923 and has been charming visitors ever since! One block from the beach and walking distance to Newport Pier, shops, eateries and groceries, you won't have to move the car once you park (except for the street sweeper).

the vintage cottage has original hardwood floors throughout The living room is airy and comfortable with a couch, flat screen TV, two arm chairs and an ottoman on one side and an L-shaped couch and side table on the other. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table that seats six on benches and built-in credenza with storage for cups, plates and wine glasses.
the kitchen has a dual sink, oven, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and cute breakfast nook with built-in seating The home does not have laundry facilities, but the local laundromat is just across the street.
