welcome to the blue bungalow, a beautiful laurel property nestled in the neighborhood of hgtv's hometown When you're not relaxing in the luxurious comfort of this stylish home, you can enjoy strolling through the area to see the well-known homes renovated on the show. The Historic District is just a mile away, as are several other attractions.
the blue bungalow was built in the 1940s and this house is a part of the revitalization of laurel It still has the original bones of the house including original hardwood floors, exterior siding, and many of the original interior wall panels. When doing the renovation we kept it as true to the original house as possible. Although this particular house was not renovated on the show it is surrounded by many of the houses that Ben and Erin have flipped.
