Equipped with custom serving area including a refrigerator & built in trash bin. Both areas have string lights and Bluetooth speakers. Incredible basement with pool table, dartboard, board and card games, poker chips, record player, professional DJ room and kids playroom. Work out room includes Peloton, free weights & resistant bands. Two large sofas and 2 large LoveSac’s in the basement can be used for sleeping arrangements.Home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 oversized king bedroom & bath (step in shower) in basement. Smart TVs in every bedroom and both living rooms.
