- 1 No guests other then those who reserved the property is authorized to be in the unit. Please make sure to book appropriate number of guests. Anyone who will be in the unit for any length of time will be considered a guest and counted in the total. If there are extra guests found to be in the unit that you have not registered, there will be a $100 charge for each per day.
- 2 please no shoes in the house
- 3 Quiet hours: 11pm - 8am, respectfully to the neighbors.
- 4 Keep the place clean, feel free to use all cleaning supplies available.
- 5 Make sure to recycle garbage and to bring the garbage out on the sidewalk on specific days marked on the check in instructions.

- 7 Make sure there is no open fire on the backyard without attention and to turn off the gas stove when not used.
- 8 Check-in time is 3 pm, but if arriving earlier contact me and I might be able to assist you. Please contact me with an estimated arrival time.
- 9 Check-out time is 11am. An extension of the stay is an available as option if the house is available, but should be requested some time in advance. If the house is not cleared up and vacant by the check-out time, your personal belongings will be moved out from the house and you will be charged a $250 violation fee.
- 10 No moving furniture or placing items on the walls.
- 11 if you have kids below 21 y.o. you are responsible for following legal requirements of the safety.
- 12 if you have pets, the guest is responsible for pets and for keeping the place clear and in condition as found at the time of check in.
