bedding configuration:
bedroom 1: 1 king size bed which can split into two singles
bedroom 2: 2 single beds which can be zipped together to form a king size bed
*upon check in, there will be one king size beds and 2 singles, unless we are told otherwise Please inform us at least 3 days before check-in if you would like them set up differently. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
baby accessories - we can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
please note.. This two-bedroom unit is part of a larger house. There is a separate three-bedroom unit on the top floor of this house. It will be occupied by a separate group of guests. The two units are very private, so you should not be disturbed by the other guests.
if you need a larger sized property, then you can either book the three-bedroom property upstairs, or you can book both to have a very large five-bedroom, two kitchen, two living room, etc property Perfect for large family groups, etc.
please note: guests do not have access to use the garage You do have use of one half of the flat driveway, so that you can park two cars or one large and long motorhome vehicle. There is also abundant on-street free parking if you have multiple vehicles.

getting around:
it is very easy to get around It is only 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD. We do recommend that you have a car to get in and out of town.
there is a bus stop about a 10 min walk away, that bus will take you all over the greater queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare
