there are two bedrooms, one queen and one full bed The full bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience, as well as locally made soap to welcome you to your home away from home. Additional amenities include AC and/or heat, and an iron with ironing board.
weather permitting, guests have use of the outdoor smokeless fire pit and there is a grill top available to the fire pit that allows for cooking over the fire Available upon request just reach out to the host and it will be set beside the pit.

access to the apartment is via stairs on the outside of the building as it is an apartment above a garage There is no other entry to the unit as the door leading down into the garage is locked. The owners do not go into the garage and try to stay out while guests are checked in, however, we do complete yard maintenance and there are times we may need to access the lower level.
