Positive: The 2BR amenities were great and include a gated community with plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was spot on. Great location from airport, highway, local shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Awesome gym, pool and outdoor grills in the community clubhouse area. 1st floor apartment was super clean, well-stocked for cooking, cleaning, laundry, dishwasher, terrace, etc.
Negative: Only reason for not giving it a "10" rating was the upstairs tenants were loud on their hardwood floors until midnight and woke early (6am) each day. I had to put on noise cancelling headphones to sleep through their noise. I'm unsure if they are permanent residents or temporary, like us.
Summary: Overall, our stay was great and I'd return to it in the future, with headphones.
