Within 15 km there are two golf courses (among others, Oliva Nova Golf Resort). There are different beautiful u. a. kilometer long sandy beaches (Les Deveses dune beach of Oliva - 8 km away) to Les Marines in Denia. In the session there are beach chairs and umbrellas for a fee. There is also no mass tourism and no crowded beaches during the season.

The lower floor is not rented, so the rest of the house is available for sole use.
