this cozy apartment is perfect for people who want a quiet weekend getaway or longer from the city For Summer visitors we’re a mile away from Belleayere beach and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails the Belleayre Music Festival is only 2-car minutes away when it is happening. If you come in the winter you will be within a car minute at the ski base station that takes you up the mountain.

updated & renovated in 2022 We have for you clean a cozy, clean/sanitized and quiet rooms. There is electric heat when needed with plenty of hot water, good water pressure. The rooms are appointed in various designs from fancy, opulent to contemporary-modern. Our credo of bringing-the-nature-into-the-room becomes evident by the names of birds for each room.

adirondack/pine hill trailways, servicing the eastern region of the catskills including palenville, hunter, tannersville and windham in greene county, as well as woodstock, phonecia, pine hill (2 car minutes away from our property), andes, delhi, fleischmanns (2 car minutes away from our property) and margaretville in ulster and delaware counties
we're uniquely close to the belleayre mountain resort for outdoor adventure ...hiking, skiing and so much more.
