Our cozy and bright apartment is located on the first (24 steps) and last floor of a little building in via Gaetano Milanesi, in a central area, not far from Santa Maria Novella train station, Fortezza da Basso, Congress Palace, Leopolda, Opera Theatre, reachable in less than 5 minutes with the Tramvia.

from the living room a charming wooden stair leads to the second romantic bedroom with double bedroom
since it’s out of the limited trafic area, the appartment can be easily reached by car You can park on the street, in the blue lines, or in a nearby garage, where you can park your car and forget about it, since everything you need is just a stone throw away! The tram that takes you to the city center in less than 5 minute, stops just 100m away from the apartment.
