downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining room incorporating a range of modern fitted units as well as an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer There is also a large oak dining table which seats 6. In addition, the twin bedroom is also located on the same floor - which has been charmingly furnished as well as the main bathroom which has a modern range of sanitary ware with a shower over the bath.
upstairs there is a light and airy lounge with designer sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), tv, dvd, music system and books The double bedroom is also on this level, and features a large window overlooking the courtyard garden, and has been decorated to a very high standard. The en-suite is located off this bedroom and has a toilet, sink and shower.
to the outside is a well enclosed courtyard garden as well as a parking space
whilst we accept well behaved dogs for an additional cost of £50 per pet, per week or per short break stay, please contact us to check if you wish to take more than one dog

short breaks of 2, 3 or 4 nights are calculated on a percentage basis (not a nightly rate) and are normally, only accepted from november - end of february, unless we still have availability closer to the commencement date
