Beautiful apartment in the center of Alicante, facing the sea and with an unbeatable location that allows you to enjoy the city and the beach. It is one of the few apartments that are so close to the Postiguet beach, which you can walk to, because it is less than a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is brand new and brand new and designed for the enjoyment of the client, it consists of two rooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other room with two single beds. The living room is open along with the kitchen and the furnished terrace, which is the dining area, where you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea. The sofa is a bed, so the apartment is available for up to 6 people. It also has a full bathroom with a shower. Less than 150 meters from the apartment, we have the Postiguet beach, 400 meters from the Plaza Mar shopping center. The city center is a 15-minute walk away, although if you don't like walking you have a bus stop 50 meters away that will take you directly. Even if you don't feel like walking and are overwhelmed by buses, no problem, you can go by tram. At 150 meters we find the TRAM stop. But if what you want is to visit the towns in the north of the province such as El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm Altea or Calpe you do not have to go very far, the same TRAM that takes you downtown runs along the coast from Alicante to Denia. To get there from the airport there is a bus (C-6) that leaves you at the Plaza Puerta del Mar I stop, and at that same stop you can take bus 21: Alicante - Playa San Juan - El Campello or bus 22 Av. Óscar Esplá-Cabo de la Huerta-Playa San Juan to the Villajoyosa 2 stop, La Marina Station, and from there about 150 meters you have the apartment.
