The room I rent is in a house located in a beautiful residential area of Alicante, within an urbanization with swimming pool. The room has two single beds and as there are 2 full bathrooms, one of them for the exclusive use of the guest and the rest of the house would be shared with me that I live alone.
the room i rent can accommodate 1 or 2 people and the other is the one i use it has a large living room of 40m2, full kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning with heat / cold pump and wifi
a 10 minute walk you have the almadraba beach and albufereta and san juan beach 7 minutes by tram (tram)
a few meters away you have "alicante golf" an 18-hole golf course
of course, an ideal environment to spend unforgettable days
area very well connected and with all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, parks and in an environment without crowds but with a lot of life
you have very good connections through public transport such as the bus and the tram (tram) with a stop next to the house and with it you can reach the center of alicante in 15 minutes and to different beaches and coastal towns such as campello, villajoyosa, benidorm, altea, denia, etc ...
