house rules:
smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the house
unauthorized guests, events, and conferences are not allowed without prior approval
please respect the house rules to avoid any inconvenience
location:
casa sol is at the end of the street; look for the black gate with a black mailbox behind the first house
the street is unpaved and slightly bumpy, and the gravel driveway may feel uneven

please keep the pool cover on when not in use
do not alter pool heat pump settings or enter the technical control room
baby crib (with mattress), bedding, and a high chair are available free of charge
other amenities:
smart tv with satellite channels (use your private account for netflix/other apps)
a starter kit with coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner is provided Additional supplies are guests’ responsibility.
towels (including pool towels) and bed linens are included
maintenance:
weekly garden and pool maintenance takes place on mondays or wednesdays by staff
monthly reservations:

please note that the nearby industrial area may occasionally generate some distant sounds However, these instances are rare and usually minimal. The location remains a peaceful and relaxing retreat, surrounded by nature, making it an excellent choice for rest and comfort.

important note for winter season guests:
the entrance leads to a gravel path to the house, suitable for both driving and walking In the winter, when it's rainy and muddy, please stay on the gravel path. Driving off the path could cause the car to get stuck in the mud, and you might need outside help.
